All purchases will be delivered by a chosen courier service (e.g., UPS or DHL Express) (hereinafter, “Courier”) between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays, based on the indicated availability, beginning the day after the confirmation of acceptance of the order proposal. Golden Concept is not liable for unavoidable delays and/or solely due to the Courier.

Unless Golden Concept notifies the client, including by email, within the same term or by the last date agreed for delivery, of the ordered products being unavailable, including temporarily unavailable, the Products shall be delivered within 30 (thirty) days. In this case, Golden Concept will refund all amounts paid by the client for the order.

• To flaws caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise as a result of the Product’s normal age.

• If the phone manufacturer receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen, or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorised access to the Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorised user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).

When customers receive an item, it is critical that they inspect it thoroughly. If your purchase was damaged during transportation, you must notify customer support as soon as possible.
