2. If you decide to return an item using the reason code “Changed your Mind,” you will be obligated to pay for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item. In this scenario, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping and a restocking charge if one was applied.
3. They will only accept returns on items in their original packaging and the same condition as when they were received. It is required that the item be returned together with all of its components, including its instructions and accessories.
4. Once the products have been received at the warehouse and the investigation has been completed, only then can a refund be made.
5. Mattresses cannot be returned if the original packing has been opened or if the mattress has been taken from the box.
6. A cancellation request must be sent within twenty-four hours after the original appointment. After this point, any cancellation request will be processed as a return request.
